Haha, the sad part is my team hadn't scored yet despite all the power plays. It reminds me of a few games the Blackhawks had last year where they completely outplayed the other team and can't score. To be fair, I do have one of the best teams in the league and they are the worst so it all made sense and they did get more shots up as the game went, which I thankfully won 3-1.

Just so I'm clear - you added the expansion teams before conducting the initial draft? In that case there would be no one for the teams in the original setup to protect, since they haven't drafted in the initial draft yet.

This also happens in the player popups, usually in the assist or loss column.

Rule bug - Picked up player off of waivers, and then sent him down to the minors without player requiring waivers again.

If I choose 'New custom game', then select the Pre-defined structure as '10 teams, 0 conferences, 2 divisions' and just hit Next Step for everything without changing any defaults the game will stop responding after I press 'start the game' at the point of "Create Events 75%" every time. The first time I experienced this I had changed the defaults and added a farm team and such, but after it crashed the first time I went back to test. If I choose the Pre-defined structure as with the same amount of teams (10) but choose zero divisions instead it does NOT hang so maybe something to do with the divisions. I cannot upload my league files because there aren't any *.dat files in the saved game folders

European prospects refusing to sign NHL ELCs, citing not wanting to come to Canada/USA, needs to be tweaked. I don't think many players that plays in the Swedish 3rd division, or in the Czech 2nd division, would refuse a NHL ELC contract if they where offered one.

Same thing with American players planning to go to college. I think most would sign the ELC if it was offered. In game it seems like no one takes you up on it. And when they are in college, it doesn't seem to be possible to sign them at all, until they have finished school.

I've also seen American prospects going to the CHL, and then deciding to go to college. Should that be possible? Do they not lose their eligibility when they play in the CHL?

Jeff yes true BUT it will NOT let me do the initial draft after doing this....

The bug is not concerning the home team score. The bug is today's game is listed under yesterday's scores. Note that two games appear for the New York Rangers in the list.
