(I'm just going to lock this thread after this, because it's the old one and I don't want people to get confused).

We're still looking into it. We have found many have had success by flipping themes (dark to light, restart, light to dark, restart) and them appearing. Still looking into the root cause however (you may also want to delete the Facegen and allow it to regenerate as well).
