Wow, you have a Shreveport team. Did you know we had a Canadian Football team named the Shreveport Pirates at one time?

For sure - been a CFL fan for a long time

I'm using their CFL uni. - http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...ml#post3783971

Just had the colours reversed, I found the purple to be a little overbearing.

My first league ever was a 12 team Canadian league and a 12 team Australian league. I had to leave association championship between them called "the Commonwealth championship "

My league is a 16-game season, 6-team, fictional Australian Baseball League. My championship series is simply called the "ABL Championship Series."

Would just like to thank the many OOTPB dynasty writers, mod creators, and forum members. They really helped me learn the game ( when I started 5 or 6 years ago playing OOTPB I had almost zero knowledge of baseball). They also helped my leagues come alive.

Especially I'd like to thank the following:

1. NYY #23 - My present 16-game season league is inspired by his dynasty, Any Given Sunday.

2. DreamTeams - I've always used his Metro Leagues' settings (basically 1950s baseball style of play) in most of my leagues, including this one.

3. aussiebaseballer - I used his Australian Baseball League Mod for the logos, ball caps, and jerseys of this league.

Question why only 16 games? How is your roster set up?

I don't have the patience to play the conventional 162-game season. It's too long and too tedious.

Also, even if I play in "God-Mode," controlling every team in the league, I'd like to watch every game of my favorite team. Can't do that in a regular 162-game season...

Setup is:

1. 1-game series . A game for each team on Sunday.
2. Only one-man rotation, with pitcher stamina set to very high.
3. 1 reliever and 1 closer, although relievers and closers are used rarely, and starting pitchers are usually expected to finish the game.
4. 15 position players
5. Reserve roster of 15 players.

Heartland Baseball League
2 league, 12 team, stats only, fictional, online league based in the midwest

The championship series is called The Heartland Series. This is the first year we have added a wildcard. Before that is was like old school baseball where you had to win your league to play for the championship.
