Havana Sugar Kings Logo Request

I've long been fascinated by the old time Havana Sugar Kings, and their great logo; unfortunately, no high-res copies of it exist at all as far as I can tell. TXranger grabbed this:

What I'm hoping for is that somebody would be able to clean the logo up so that it could be used for my tea in my online league (tx used it in a circle logo with a dark background, so the rough edges didn't really matter for him). Basically smoothen out the rough edges, get rid of the dark blue underneath the armpits, and maybe scratch out or replace the AAA on his chest; maybe just a dark outline around the whole thing could work? I would need it 150x150 in size.

Alternately, if anyone by any chance has a nice looking Sugar Kings logo already in existence, that would be great too.

Can anybody help me?

I'd be willing to pay for a nice logo set including jerseys. Ideally, I'd like the chest to look along the lines of the logo found here, with HAVANA SUGAR KINGS in large script.

TXRanger did a set for the Sugar Kings in his retro thread I believe. There are also a number of circular logos created.

I worked on this for a while today... Tried tracing it and I am still working on that one... May never finish it... I took this one and cleaned it up some more, added a stroke around it and added the lettering... Hope it works for you... Looks pretty good in game... Will look better with a darker background...
