Had winning bid...no card

Game shows my winning bid. I was watching it live.

Even though it shows my winning bid, its white (not green)

I tried Markus note, its not in inactives and I exited and re-started. Still no card?

Whats going on!?

Ok this is messed up.

The game shows my bid was winning bid.

My transaction history says my original bid was returned due to being outbid.

It does not show my final bid in my transaction history, which I did live with 10 seconds to go, but did not get deducted from my PP, even though the final bid in AH says was my bid.

Yes this happened to me twice now. The buy it now works fine but bidding took my money.
