Player History Duplication

For some reason, I'm seeing many old player histories finding their way into the histories of new players upon generation. At first, I thought it was because I have the 'delete players who do not make the major leagues' option turned on and it was re-using player ID #s, and pulling their history in. But that is not the case, the histories are for players who had completely different ID #s and played decades before.

This began in OOTP 18, but has continued in 19.

EDIT - Also, these histories are of players of varying career lengths. Anywhere from never being drafted and never playing professional ball, to all-stars in the major league.
