Trades not going through

I did a trade between the Astros and Indians and submitted it. I have attached a picture showing the trade had been "Accepted" and another picture showing the players I traded were still on the team and a picture showing that Francisco Lindor was not on the DFA section. This is from a Standard Game

You need to respond to the message and complete the trade as it says in the email. The trade is not complete until you do that.
