Nothing unusual about photos of this long-serving catcher (and father of another long-serving catcher), except I'll confess this is the first I've ever seen of him in the uniform of the team that drafted him, the Reds (1967).

Kendall was in camp with the Reds in '68 and appeared in this image in a March edition of The Sporting News.
