I just imported an 1875 Candy Cummings (worst Hall-of-Fame selection except maybe Rabbit Marranville) and he had, on a 100 scale, a 1-99-100 ratings line. On a side note, he didn't have the thing that was probably the reason for his HOF election, the curveball.
