The Seattle Base Thieves are on the move winning 6 out of 7 games to move into the top spot in the AC Western Division. In the Central Division Zorro holds a 3 and a half game lead over the Chargers and in the East Barely Legal and the Oakland Keys are tied for the lead with a 22-10 record. In the NC we have Bermuda leading the West , McLean the Central and Ahwatukee leads in the East. Alchemists the darlings of last season World Series Cinderella story is hanging in there only 1 game back in the NC West Division.

For Those of you who were not in their league last season or have forgotten why this game is so much fun let’s remember......The Area X Alchemists trailed the Breakers all season long last year. They caught them on the 157 game and ended up winning the Division with a 88-74 record. That was the lowest amount of wins for anyone entering the playoffs. Yes, Even the 4 Wild Card team’s won more. They were 23rd in batting and 25th in pitching. They played the Meatloaf who won 104 games on the season and won the best of 5 series 3-1. They then moved on to the Conference Championship and played the Discordian who won 97 games on the season and won the best of seven series 4-2. Then on to the World Series where they had to face the Defending Champion Rocky Point Team who won a season high 108 wins. After 4 games they were tied in the series at 2-2 and then reality hit and the Zorros won the title in 6 games 4-2. But the season that the Alchemists had in 2035 is a reminder on why we love this game. Memories like that cannot be bought at any price. The enjoyment of that season alone was worth the price of this game. So let’s all sit back grab a beer or two and toast ourselfs for being involved with something very special. The OOTP PT League of Champions. More then a game.😁

Could Dunzie or JoeHart post the standings tomorrow morning please. I will not be home on computer to post. That way we can look back down the road and see what happened each month.

We must have lost you and the Yaks during the re-shuffle.
Looks like only Magpies, Zorro, Gryphons and Alchemists are back in P419.

Good luck in your league.

Wow. Thought when PT2.0 started the players would be more affordable in the AH? But there are too few AH players at horrible prices.

Perfect 419 Season 18

It seems like a good lesson learned. Unless you get in at the right time, you may find yourself unable to get the players you want in the AH.

The AH really sucks like nothing has ever sucked before. It looks like my '19 teams may all be packs only now. My 'XX teams are still packs only over there because the AH is too volatile.

What is funny is I picked up a couple guys at the right time and price. Bonds and Fisk. If you keep checking you can find deals...

I am very surprised. I can’t pull away from the Chargers. When I first saw their roster I thought, “Hey No problem, I can beat these guys.” They have really surprised me with their splendid play and I can not separate from them. I hate having anyone this close. One series can change everything. I always like to be 6 games or more ahead so I can have a losing streak and still be in there. I have a bad feeling the Chargers are for real this season.😨

I see the Gryphons Blue has straightened the ship and has put them self’s back in the race. The Base Thieves still lead and are ever dangerous. Alchemists are doing what they did last season in their Cinderella run. They are just staying close enough to make a late push for the Division. Rocky Point is leading our Division but for some reason I am not confident about the lead. But I am a natural worrier anyway. Lol....
