I bought Stan Musial in an auction, but he's not in my collection

Hi. I bought a 93 Stan Musial in the Auction House just now for 26,037 PP. He's not in my collection. I've restarted OOTP19, logged out and logged in again, checked and double-checked my inactives, nothing. Help, please!
