Female owner\gm

I can't help but notice that as owner and GM I'm always a male in face gen. Be great have option of female face. I want to be the next Marge Schott. So beloved! Lol

We're adding the option this year to play as a female GM/manager. The game will address you as Ms. and will generate female facegens.

I noticed that Kim Ng & Sue Falsano are both men in OOTP18 with the Facegens.

Eri Yoshida as well.

That won't change, as the game still won't recognize female personnel or players, only the human manager/GM if they're female.

It would be sooo much work to edit all the text in-game to allow the game to properly recognize players and staff as female.

It'll probably happen eventually, but for now we're just taking baby steps

Yes, it takes a while to update. I'll also say that I'm sure there will be some cases we miss in the text. And the facegen is... less than ideal (we would highly recommend loading a picture, or even creating your own facegen picture and loading it into the game).

It would be a lot of work, but text wise a lot of it (i/e pretty much anything that wasn't hard coded) could be done by the community. I've got some storyline stuff written to deal with pregnancies somewhere .

And as has already been said, why would anyone want to be in anyway connected to Marge Schott lol.

Will the AI have females as GMs? With all due respect - and not wanting to turn this all political - but if that's the case I hope we can turn it off.

No, not at this point in time.

For now all that happens is that the player themselves can choose to identify themselves as male or female, and if they're female the game will recognize that.
