Pre-order form doesn't work

I just tried to pre order but it doesn't work. I filled out the form and at the end it says to select the secure order button but there isn't any order button at all. At least not when I select paypal as a payment method.

The very small 'Submit' button is now working but there still is no 'Secure Order' button. It is confusing.

Hi adion, It looks like your browser did not load the web store page completely. The graphics and the CSS files are obviously missing. That can have multiple reasons, either on your system or on the web store server or even on the internet. I suggest to wait a minute and then try again. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I got it the second time around. The little button worked in order to move on. But you are right, the website doesn't look normal to me either. I don't know why. Others I use to order stuff look fine.

Like last year OOTP is over charging when converting $36 US to Canadian funds $48.00. There is a 19% difference between the two currencies right now not 33%. The Canadian dollars this year is much stronger than last year ... the US weaker. I wish to pre-order but this pricing is unfair.

[EDIT Andreas] Sorry for that! But there's an easy solution: please change the currency to USD in the top right corner of the store. Your bank will then do the conversion. There might be fees, but they are usually not high.
