Just for an update for everyone, I finally (god it's only been how many months) got all the players who I considered worthy (and a few that probably wasn't due to exhaustion on my part) onto their teams and told the CPU to setup the teams...well either the CPU is clueless, or somehow guys lose their edge in the transition. My advice, don't go through all the trouble, I think there becomes a lot that gets dropped by changing to modern stats, and the general way baseball has changed. Could just be that you can't truly sim baseball and get the results you'd think you could.

I'll continue to try and get things more reasonable and more to my liking, but after the months of hard work, I think I'm looking at many months more in fine tuning.

Oh, and to the Braves guy, I'd start Eddie Mathews over Chipper Jones at 3B, might move Chipper to left though as that's a valid roster move :P

Custom Replay

Hey Mterracc,
First of all...congratz...looks like a good team.
Is it possible you could give me step by step on how you created your teams? I am trying to form a league of franchise best or great teams from the past and having a heck of a time figuring it out. I've played plenty of historical seasons but not a custom season like that. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Madpaladin
