Double Schedule?

I just started an MLB League in 2014 and expanded to 32 teams right at the start. I distributed some minor league teams to the different leagues, and now I have a bit of a problem, and I'm hoping somebody can help me out.

When I look at the teams' schedules, they have a (2) next to some of the games. When I clear the schedule from the "Edit League Schedule" screen in the League Options, it seems to go away, but the schedule screen there is empty, while the teams' schedules seem to be normal. How do I fix this? Did I fix it?

Doesn't the (2) mean double header?

Yes, but it's for all of the games. The (2) goes away once I clear the schedule from the "Edit League Schedule" screen.

EDIT: I just looked, and it only seems to affect the 2 expansion teams I put in the league, and not any other team. How can I fix that?
