Joseph Pinckney, Morrisania Unions and New York Gothams, 1850s-1860s
Played for the Unions of Morrisania in the 1850s, joined the Gothams for a day in 1856, while still a member of the Unions which caused an outrage among owners, before joining the Gothams full-time for 1857. Here he is pictured in his Civil War uniform as a member of the Union Army
