Smile Perfect League for Hitters!!!

With PT20 starting ang PT19 losing interest, how about a lively league where all teams have a hitters park? By setting all park dimensions to 1.1000, watch the hitting records fall. Challenge the Home run record.

Please reply if you are in Perfect and are willing to let the hitting happen! This can be fun in PT19 while you rebuild in PT20.

If every park is set to 1.1, I believe that would be the same thing as every park set to 1.0 because of scaling league statistics.

It would create a lively hitting league as if we all played in Colorado

Why not have doubles and triples 1.5? Also, use artificial turf, for more base hits for ground ball hitters.

1.1000 is the limit.

Not for doubles & triples. 1.5 is the limit for them

Nothing changes by everybody setting the ballpark factor to 1.1, because league totals are fixed and you can't change them.

Altitude at 52502 should affect hitting

It will! No one could even survive at 52 thousand feet, much less hit a baseball.

ROFL. Ok 5252 feet altitude. I believe that is Colorado. Wind blowing out on average.

I am trying this on 2nd team in 2.0.

Seriously... the only thing that matters is the park factors. Everything else is cosmetic.

The high Altitude of Colorado affects the ball flight. That is why there are more homers in Colorado. If this does not affect hitting then the game does not properly incorporate park factors. The grass or turf should have an effect as well. Wind blowing out is not cosmetic.

In this game it is 100% cosmetic.

All of these things are reflected in the park factors.
