Houston, Rocky Mountain, and Lone Star are all young clubs in the Third League that need eager managers! Please, post or apply on our website to get one of these five teams.
The USBA is by and far away the best league out there! Headed to Season #7. We've had 5 different Champions in six seasons, 9 different teams making the PL (top league)playoffs and lots of movement of teams being promoted and regulated. Also since our high-master (commissioner) found an alternate messaging system (Slack) the involvement and communication has blown through the roof.

We now consists of something like 28 unemployed OOTP players because many of us are online 24 hrs a day but its worth it! In addition to Slack we have live SIM, but we have Live SIMs on steroids due to David (Jacksonville) who is a great programmer and he's been writing add-ons to Slack that give us live scoring updates via slack... and things like daily standing updates. Keeps the league more active than all other leagues combined!

Come join the fun.

One disclaimer... my Brooklyn Dodgers will crush whatever team picks up California.... were 11-1 against them last season. They would have finished first if not for the Dodgers!

Wanted to bump this thread because this league is outstanding. It is full of really active GMs that engage in group chat via Slack. If you haven't checked out Slack it really changed the game for our league.

Another cool thing the USBA offers is a monthly podcast hosted by two of the league members and brings on other GMs as guests.

We have teams with all different levels of challenges, but give the USBA a look if you want a top level OOTP online league in every way.

This is a great league! Nearly every team is active on our messaging platform Slack (every team checks in every now and then). California is ready to compete right now, and Wizarding/San Fran has the living legend Tom Reynolds on their team. I would highly highly recommend it. If anybody is worried about taking over a 3L team because you will "Never Make it to the PL" dont worry. Cali, Columbus and Toledo have all had back to back promotions

TJ Reynolds, Toledo Titans GM, Premier League

EDIT: The Slack app is awesome. David, the GM from Jacksonville, has codded in live scoring updates that pop up in separate channels on slack. So say you're at work and cant watch the live sim? No problem! Just subscribe to updates and scoring updates from your team get PMed to you! Also things like injuries are posted in a separate channel as well. Me and the Buckhead Manager (GergiaBowties above) also release a podcast about the league every now and then, a new one is coming out this week

If you're worried about taking up a Third League team, don't fret! Once you make the Silver League, all you have to do is eek into third place and then Pass Go and Collect $200 from the Gold Sox--who have lost four straight promotion playoffs.

Basically if you haven't switched to OOTP 16 yet and are looking for a league that will upgrade during the AS Break when it goes on sale, this is your league. Even if you don't like soccer (like me) it is still awesome. We have 1 season to go until we upgrade and are just beginning the offseason so it is a perfect time to join up.
