84 game Indy league request: 16 teams 2 SL 4 Div with rotating interleague

Would like teams to play their 3 division opponents 12 times each, their league opponents 6 times each and then play 6 additional games against interleague opponents from a division that will alternate each season (i.e. in 2013 division 1 from sub league 1 plays division 1 in sub league 2.. and in 2014 D1 from SL 1 plays Div 2 in SL 2.)

Hoping to begin the season on 1 March and end by 15 August with 3 game series' concentrated on the weekends but with weekday games as necessary to make the 84 games spread out from 1 March to 15 August.
