here I am on good explanations of photos.

Photo number 1: research tools for staff: eg coach, scout, dg.

Photo number 2: Description of a scout a player

Photo number 3: The ability of a player that is sought example: shooting, passing, faceoff, fight,

Photo number 4: research tools a player worldwide option for staff too.

Photo number 5: training players

Photo 6: A view of the whole organization in general

Photo 7: Scout work in the nhl 0 star at 5 star. 5 star for good players

Photo 9: The President Sastisfaction work with your organization you are done. you can also ask for a better training room, over temperature to improve the team or larger arena

Photo 12: The report of your coach on your team's strengths and weaknesses. it would need to help your team and the type of players you are looking to improve your team

While I agree on many things, you should just realize that this is not EHM

I agree 110% with the player and staff search. This is something that needs to be implemented into the game in some form or another. I mean in relation to being able to search the entire population of players and filter by things like attributes, nation, contract, league, etc. The current player search is insufficient and of little use - but I expect this is just a placeholder for something more substantial to be added in the future.

As for the rest, I agree with Alessandro. This game isn't and shouldn't be EHM. A lot these things may make it into FHM in some form or another - but don't expect it to be anything anywhere near a carbon copy. They'll rightly be OOTP's take on things. Some of these features are in fact already in the game - e.g. star ratings and training (IIRC) - they're just not carbon copies of EHM.

guys guys . i don't want a copy . but excuse to have take screen shot in other game . but i got little problem with my English... so that's why i take a screen shot of the game for example to explain my point on what the game need to be improve . Generally the game is good . but the tools for research really need to be rework . we don't have nothing about our team generally on my screen shot example best players , best fighter ... or something like that . we don't have yet a top 10 example of prospect . just like i said i don't want a copy about that .. but something like that . because i know they need to buy copyright or something like that . but i just give my idea! that's it . but sorry again if you have been ... how said that ??? mad . it's was not my intention . My intention it's to try to make the best game hockey management . that's it .
