The Regulators logo has a mint green color in game…do you know what causes that?

Sorry, I have no clue. Could be something in the background. Maybe check the team color codes and see if there's a random mint green for some reason.

Given it looks like the only colors in the mint Regulators ought to be black, white and gray, try (renaming it first to be safe) converting it to grayscale and see if that looks better.
