OK, Macha. You skated by this time. But your name still rhymes with caca.

I'm ok with Sauerbeck against the lefty, but Witasick was in when Gaudin should've been in and Gaudin was in when Calero should've been in.

Good thing that A'S OFFENSE came through.

And in case you didn't know, 3 with Tampa this weekend.

And Huston Street may return Friday.

3 with Tampa with no Kazmir. I might refrain from flipping out this weekend.

Ken Macha proves once again how much of an idiot he is tonight.

Dan Haren shouldn't even have started the 6th inning, and he lucked his way into 3 grounders when he VERY VERY OBVIOUSLY doesn't have his best stuff tonight. Hell, he doesn't even have some of his "pretty good" stuff tonight.

Of course Macha runs him out for the 7th and he gives up a bomb.

It drives me nuts how long he leaves pitchers in, specifically Haren it seems. I understand he doesn't want to tax the bullpen, but the reason you have a freaking bullpen, moron, is to have spare pitchers to use when your starter gets tired or sucks!

I've been saying this for the better part of 2 seasons.

ELLIS WITH THE DOUBLE!

I sure am glad we have the 2nd half Ellis back.

First day off the DL and Street is in a save situation. I don't like it one bit.

He's barely hitting 90, too.

He's either not right yet physically, or he won't let himself throw hard.

Jesus had a beard and was kind of scruffy, he would be all about the A's.

I just feel like he would've removed the crown of thorns before putting on the A's cap.
