Georg Brustad
While searching for tomato cans to convert I came across this guy and decided to add him to my database. He was an early pioneer of boxing in Norway and trained Pete Sanstol. I cobbled a file for him quickly without any play testing figuring he shoud be in the 3 to 4 range.
Georg Brustad 1918-1927 Global ID 47708 sex male birth date 1892-11-23 death date 1932-03-17 division middleweight nationality Norway residence Oslo birth name Georg Antonius Brustad won 10 (KO 6) + lost 5 (KO 3) + drawn 6 = 22 The Pioneer of Norwegian Boxing Boxrec tells us that he: Brustad trained future World Bantamweight Champion Pete Sanstol during the latter's amateur career. He fought on the same card when Sanstol had his professional debut May 2, 1926. Georg Brustad MW either 4 Bear

Downloading new files question
Hello,
I'm interested in downloading files to to the game that are posted here (Paul Hodkinson for example), but have been unsuccessful. What has happened is as follows: 1) From "Import Files" on the game "Menu" I click Hodkinson_Paul (whose file I'd previously saved from this board). 2) I click on the "Open" box and "Fatal Error! Error reading.data-file! Program terminated." appears. Any suggestions on what I can do differently is greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

Vistaman rated a lot of African fighters a while back, you could either pm him or check out http://www.cornerwork.com/joomla/ for his uploads.

He is not one that I have seen rated Owen. That is not to say he hasn't been, but I have downloaded most of what's been posted here.

Glad to help
He's a guy who should probably be in the database. One of the better Africans of that time.

In going through the old posts, I can't find ratings or pictures of the following boxers in the LHW division. If I knew about some of the listed boxers, I probably could figure out the rest on my own.
Argentina: Jovito Arregui, Juan Carreno, Aurelio Diaz, Jose Angel Manzur and Jose Santiago Australia: Sandy Assogna, Earnie Hughes, Ricardo Marcos and Steve Ruduly Brazil: Luiz Ignacio, Nelson de Andrade Uruguay: Juan Bautista Burgues, Juan Carlos Comini Thanks in advance, Austin |
