From their inception in 1871 through the 1920 season the ball club would be known as the Houston Texians... Here are your Houston Texians uniforms for the 1871 through 1920 seasons... I am using the T-206 series of tobacco cards, created by fhomess, for the player photos and they look great in the game...

The final chapter in my Houston Astros "What If???" Series...
The now Houston Colt 45's take the field in the Spring of 1951 in their new duds... These were some Colt 45's uniforms I made some time ago, so I just updated a little and used them to complete this series...

I love the uniform variation by era. These are great Tex, as is the whole project.

I've always loved the evolution of old team names in MLB history like the Cleveland Spiders, the Chicago Orphans, the Highlanders, etc...

It's nice to have these changes for the expansion teams now!

TXRanger, I have a huge request for you (well, not huge). I'm running a fictional league and just had one of the main protagonists killed in combat during WWII. He played for a team called the Appaloosa Arrows. The team paid tribute to "Buck Kinsella" by wearing black armbands with "Buck" on them. Coincidentaly, this team (which wasn't very good) went on to win the World Series.

Anyways, it occured to me that it would be cool to switch the team's name from "Arrows" to "Bucks."

I'm hoping you can create an original jersey, cap, and logo scheme for the occasion. For the logo itself, all I want is "Bucks" written in blue cursive, a la the Dodgers. Everything else is totally up to you, if you're up for it.

As always, you da man. BTW, your Northgate Knights logo did the trick for one of my players... Sam Crowley hit 600+ HR's in his career and had my league's last .400 season. It must be the uni!
