You need to create a new account for OOTP23, but should use the same username and email address as you did in 22 to get the loyalty rewards.

You need to download and install the latest patch. It's in the first post here if you bought from us directly. Or if you're on Steam, Steam should automatically do this for you.

Does this also include second accounts using the same email? Because I tried to create my second account, which used the same email in previous versions and I just got a - email already in use message. So not sure how to setup that second account, and not sure if this was addressed somewhere that I missed in here.

Also I have mismatched backs of cards w/ ratings. I assume there's some cache or files I need to remove to address this since I used the last beta?

Every account must have a different email. If you used it before, you can log in to the old challenge website (https://challenge.ootpdevelopments.com/) and on your profile it will show what email you used for that account.

Yes, absolutely!

If you go to PT settings, there's an option there to clear the card cache. That will fix this.

Yeah, that's still not working yet, so the message is to be expected.
