Mad props to the Bruno Crazy Crabs for making the playoffs with a Giants team!

The list is updated again - looks like Silver is the place to be next week. Please let me know if there are any other changes.

And please everyone try to make sure your friends list is updated today.
Thanks buddy, glad we got one of our Giants in there. And in even better news, the Dodgers still suck!

It looks like the Stargell Stars will indeed get promoted to Gold as they made it to the S326 Sub-League Series before getting swept by the 88-74 Aceldama Butchers. The Butchers are also currently leading the finals 3-2 against a 103-win team.

Michael Mayhem officially getting demoted back to bronze. Adding M-stars too in case they do end up getting relegated.

I did get relegated, and we're in the same league, so may the best gimmick team win! (or at least avoid last place). Still not certain how Giancarlo Stanton fits on your team, though--he must feel pretty lonely.

He played his first two years for the Marlins as Mike Stanton before changing his name back to his given name of Giancarlo, so I went with it. Needed more cheap reasonable hitters

For the new week it looks like we've got only 4 of the 8 teams together in diamond .383.

Myself
San Bruno Crazy Crabs
California Dodgers
Kansas City Royals

What happened to the rest of you guys?

Down here in B320 at the end of May, the all-Michael team and the all M-team are currently occupying both of the wildcard spots, with the Michael's holding a 1 game advantage over the M's. Not a bad showing for the weird theme bronze teams. However, I'm worried about how we'll do in months that don't start with M.

Added a few people from silver to my friends list, I'm still bronze unfortunately. This might be the year though, the Yonkers Yankees are 44-13.

Edit: just to be sure I've added active people, I added AncientMariner, Bagpipes5, Bernie, The_Game54, ajwindon1,edmc9, mwadsit91, nyny, and rgu

ttrash (M-town stars) and myself (mwadsit91) are hanging out together in Bronze League currently. Same conference, but different divisions in B320. So probably worth adding him as well in case we all stay Bronze or get promoted together

Looks like our league has an extreme tanker. Take a look at the Long Island team. They've got some great players (H Zimmerman for example) and very good pitching, yet their team ERA is out of sight due to playing a C at SS, a SS at C, OFers with no infield ratings in the infield and infielders with no OF rating in the OF.

Please report them and maybe we can partially make a dent in the people that make a mockery of the game.

My M-Town M-Stars (ttrash) seem to be dropping like a brick in the B320 standings, so I may be staying in Bronze, while the Michaels may be revisiting Silver, the way they are going.

My Astros and Historical teams are in the same league albeit different divisions now. That has been real fun. Astros are in the thick of what looks like will be a great wildcard race while the historic Knights started poor but are racing back to .500. In Gold my Indians team is struggling a bit but leads the league in HRs. Its been a fun week.

My 2 Indians teams are in gold with you. Kennesaw has been exceeding expectations and might actually make the playoffs.

I hope that they do! I remember seeing boxscore from our games and it brought a big smile to my face, all Indians all around. My guys haven't been too consistent this week and nobody seems to want to nail down the #5 starter slot.

It looks like greenwells Boston Braves are getting promoted to diamond. They ended up with the best record in the gold league (103 wins...congrats). It also appears bagpipes Cleveland Spider team will be relegated to silver. He's tied with the Sandbox Rats switch hitting team for the final relegation spot but the Rats have the better head to head and I think that's how relegation gets determined.

Adios Cream City Crew ... Holla Great Lakes Ghosts

Despite having 4 diamonds (Yelich, Braun, Spahn, Mathews) as well as some great golds (87 Aaron, Torre) ... I'm giving up the ghost on the all-Milwaukee (Braves / Brewers). In our second year in Silver we went 77-85.

And because I pulled a Top WAR Feller (96) that I want to use, I've been convinced to convert my team from all-Milwaukee to an all Great Lakes team.

Since doing that would greatly expand the available players that could play for my team, I made one limitation: the player must have passed away.

But I could only afford 1 deceased catcher from any of the teams on the Great Lakes (Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, Milwaukee, or Toronto): Darrell Porter. The Mickey Cochrane (85) is currently out of reach for this f2p player. Once I get him, though, I'll drop my Joe Torre and any other living player.

So for now ... just non-Live cards for The Great Lake Ghosts. We're still in Silver.
