The Jays came back from the All-Star break with a new fire. The day was not amazing on the mound, but they just couldn't stop mashing at the plate! They ended up beating Baltimore 14-6 behind an onslaught that included a grand slam for Tim Beckham. All in all Beckham went 3 for 5 with 5 RBI. Josh Willingham also went deep.

The Jays came up big again, knocking down the Orioles 6-2. Yunel Escobar went 2 for 4 with a homerun and 3 RBI. Tim Beckham also went deep. The hard-luck Brandon Morrow finally picked up his first W.

The Blue Jay streak ended at the hands of the Washington Nationals. Toronto seemed overmatched early but calmed down to make this at least somewhat close, losing 5-2.

The Nationals scored 2 in the top of the 1st and while Toronto matched them from there on, they could never get those first 2 runs back, eventually falling 7-5.
