If I could make a suggestion, I think a thread specifically made for simple little gameplay questions (where is this option now? how do I do this now?) that aren't worth a thread of their own would be a good idea. I know I'd be using it right now.

), but I sent a PM with my email and order ID more than an hour and a half ago and haven't received an email yet (I asked it to be sent to an alternate address, btw).

So, are the PMs still being addressed and mine just hasn't been reached, or did I accidently get lost in the shuffle? Just wondering, the customer service in the past has earned the credibility they have now - the reason I'm just a bit impatient, rather than annoyed/pissed

Hey Marc, hope you are goign to be around when I get home from work in a couple of hours, just in case I never got the e-mail. (can't check from work)
I don't have any issues with the newsletters or the preview e-mails so I'm not anticipating anything bad happening...just in case!
