3 games series @ Skylarks. Not many positive things to say about them. Outside of their CL no one is that good. We are 5-0 vs them.

3 games @ Vettes. Battle for 1st place. We have a 2 game lead over them but could put some much needed distance between us and them. great team all around, thankfully we should not see Screwball until game 3 and should avoid John Harrington. i made one roster move by DFAing Beremew Bair and recalling C/3B Juan San Antonio. For now he will be the backup C and will play some DH vs LHP. i would like to get him in the lineup for at least one of these games this weekend.

Baltimore Orioles LHP Roberto Herrera shuts out Seattle yielding just 1 Hit striking out 8 Mariners.
White Sox RHP Jay Jackman will miss 5 weeks. Prospect Kourtney Parris replaced him in the rotation.
Pittsburgh LF Leonardo Castillo will miss 4 weeks.
Oakland will be without LHP Tony Schaefer for the season.

Decent week overall. Juan San Antonio did great in Saturday's game going 1 for 3 HR 4 RBI. I really like how much depth we have on this years team with all the youngsters that can play. My only real concern is our lack of power. Mack, Pearl & Packer need to start to hit some more dingers. I also have to find a left handed specialist who can get lefties out. Gonna try to get Turley some more innings over the next few weeks to see what he can do.

This season Dom has been the 5th starter and has been skipped in the rotation several times. While he is not having bad season he is not having a great one either. He is a veteran that is willing to do what it takes to win.

3 games @ Cougars. Still a great team but their pitching staff is not as strong as it has been in the past. The majority of this team is older then 35. this is our 1st time this season we are playing Glenbard. Sarah Jessica Parker was injured vs Corvair and will not play this series pending diagnosis. Gianfresco Romanelli will start in CF til we know what the extent of her injury is. If she is placed on the DL Tyrone Millatone will be recalled from AAA.

Republic City X-wings traded 1B Adrian Jenkins to KC Royals for 2 minor leaguers.
Vader Sith Lords traded 3B Carson Kelly to Washington Nationals for 2 minor leaguers.
Ford CF Sarah Jessica Parker is out for the season after suffering a concussion vs Corvair.
KC Royals LHP Zak Adams is out for the season.
Freedom City Millennium Falcons traded CF Chris Jones to Hope Jedi for 3B Heng-zong Zhao.

3 games @ Jedi Knights. We have fallen behind Corvair for 1st place and have some ground to make up. hopefully we can do that vs Skywalker whom we are 7-1 against this season. This team seems to be going in reverse, Skywalker, not Ford. Although the same could be said about us.
With Sarah Jessica Parker out for the season, Ty Millatone & Romanelli will platoon in CF.

We just got past our 1st 4 game losing streak of the season. We played terrible vs Corvair & Glenbard and are now back in 2nd place in the NL East. Losing Sarah Jessica Parker for the season will hurt but I believe in Tyrone Millatone. Brain Mack is in a funk vs LHP now batting .250 vs LHP. Gonna see what Millatone & Romanelli can do from now til the All Star break. I might trade Overfelt for some OF help.

After becoming one of the 1st female player in the EBL last season, Sarah was enjoying success this season as the starting CF. She was recently injured in a game vs Corvair with a season ending concussion. No word on if she will be able to play next season or not. She recently got engaged to Tim Waters and they are planning a December wedding in San Francisco. Her group STS which includes Stacy Williams & Toni Jones has had 3 Top 10 singles. The T-Birds are not the same without her in the lineup.
