I'm trying something different - imported the settings for 1955. Most offensive categories are down from what they were, but home runs are still above average. There will be more bunting and hit-and-run according to the strategy.

Maybe you can pick a random year periodically to base statistics on for a while. Perhaps the 1955 modifiers could work for at least a few years with your IPA, as a matter of fact. That way, you'd perhaps have a more interesting league as more and more time passes. maybe around 1895 or 1900, you can change the base year for the modifiers used over a certain length of time. And perhaps change them every five to ten years or so, including the usual base strategy presets and all, as well. Just a few suggestions here, that's all, you know, jg2977. CD out.

What's interesting is that some players hit an obscene number of home runs. Wade Boggs, as you can see, hit 101, and Barrett Parverol hit 96. Most other home run totals are right around where you would expect.

I do admit that for those two players, I cranked up the gap and power modifiers to 250, so I guess that's why they hit so many. I'm sure that you do understand by now that I enjoy having some superhuman players in my leagues.

I only posted the RU results last night because it got too late. Tonight I will post the TU and watch the one game playoff between Volusia and Stoner. You'll be rooting for Volusia because they have Kyle Walton, but I wouldn't mind seeing Stoner coming out on top as it would be their first division crown and postseason appearance. But whoever wins this game will have to play against Sugar Valley in the division series, and I don't see either team beating the Rattlers.

You've probably cranked up and/or lowered certain other players' values in certain areas, as well, above and/or below what I've previously proposed for them, or done so for your own created players, But that's your right and all, of course, you know, jg2977, in relation to your various dynasties. You prefer more scoring, after all, generally, than I do. I prefer more realistic statistical totals, normally, but everyone plays OOTP or FHM, for instance, differently than others might, for sure.
