I'm trying to give Dave some time to post his end of the year bios. Also waiting to receive some votes from some of the managers on the EOY awards before I post the tournament results. As it stands now on the EOY awards, we have the MVP in the Gold. I need Shane's vote on the ROY award and that one will be complete. In the Silver, I need Tosti's & Ice's vote for MVP and that'll wrap that one up. |

Season 2: Rookie Of The Year (Silver Conference)
Candidate #2:
Welterweight Champion - Floyd Mayweather Sr. (Juggernaut) Season 2 Record: 14-6-0 (10) Floyd Mayweather Sr. was the 2nd Round 3rd Pick (#17 Overall) for Juggernaut in the Season 2 Draft. Currently he is the 2-time defending Welterweight Champion which he recaptured in his final bout of the season. With 2 victories (1 for the Title) won by DQ, Floyd has displayed a talent for acting that will prove useful in a future career after his boxing days are over. Floyd Mayweather Sr. heads into the EOY Tournament as the #1 seed. Highlights:

Season 2: Rookie Of The Year (Silver Conference)
Candidate #3:
Flyweight - Jorge Arce (MexiVilles) Season 2 Record: 13-7-0 (12) *1DQ* Jorge Arce was the MexiVilles 1st Round Draft Pick (#6 Overall). He has built quite the reputation of a fighter that refuses to go the distance in a fight. 17 of his 20 bouts have ended with someone on the canvas or being stopped. He has only gone the distance twice with the other non-stoppage by DQ. (I wonder if he fouled on purpose to prevent the fight from going the distance?) Any way you slice it, Arce's fights are always entertaining. Jorge Arce heads into the EOY Tournament as the #8 seed. Highlights:

Season 2: Rookie Of The Year (Silver Conference)
Candidate #4:
Light Heavyweight - Jeff Harding (Oakland Assassins) Season 2 Record: 11-8-1 (9) The Oakland Assassins suffered through a very tough (0-10) first season, one of the bright spots was Jeff Harding. He shocked the UTBA by capturing Light Heavyweight Championship and successfully defending it 3 times. He should definitely be a keeper on the Assassins roster and a buildng block for the upcoming season. After losing his title, Jeff struggled to end the season 2-3-0 (2) which cost him a spot in the EOY Tournament. Highlights:

Season 2: Rookie Of The Year (Silver Conference)
Candidate #5:
Welterweight - King Tut (The Nobodies) Season 2 Record: 12-8-0 (11) *1DQ* King Tut is a former Welterweight Champion who holds the distinction of being the lowest rated draft choice to ever win a title. The Nobodies drafted him with their #5 pick in the 3rd round of the draft (#33 overall). It truely was a great rookie season for Tut - he just needs to keep his fights clean, losing his title and the #1 seed in the EOY Tournament in his final regular season bout by DQ. King Tut heads into the EOY Tournament as the #8 seed. Highlights:

The five candidates for the Silver Conference Rookie-Of-The-Year Award have been posted.
Silver Conference managers please PM SAL with your 3 choices ranked 1-3 (1-highest, 3-lowest) This was very difficult to narrow the field down to just 5 guys and some of you may feel certain fighters have been snubbed. No worries, just "write-in" the fighter of your choice. |

Boby Czyz should be 17-15-2 and not 17-5-2 as hes listed in all the post year stuff. Not a big deal though.
