The Import Roster function is changing the league_id value in college and HS* stat lines from 0 to the id of the top-level league (for our league, 100) for players imported. This results in those players having high school and college stats included with ML stats in some areas of the game (HTML at the least). More info in this thread.

Our league file is here for reference: http://www.thefobl.com/exports/FOBL.lg.tar.gz (though yes, this is in 15). I attempted to submit a ticket but received an error page after submitting the form.

* I believe this is not really related to those specific league levels, but any instance where the team_id is 0

My team played a double header in real-time sim mode. After both games ended, under the play menu it still said "Enter game vs...", and out of curiosity I clicked it, however the game crashed.

Cosmetic standings error. (See below for picture)

The Yankees are in 1st place, half a game ahead of Baltimore, yet Baltimore shows as being in first.

One possible explanation is if the standings sorts by winning percentage, when it should sort by games back instead.

No known effect other than looking a bit odd.

Just adding on some more info with the El Cap crashing. I get the well documented *on exit* crash, but also crash on attempting to play a game as well as any attempt to resize the screen. So all signs point to Vid?

Retina 15 MBP with Intel Iris Pro graphics if that helps.

Quick follow up. I went to file -> settings and turned off the OpenGl / 3D features and gameplay works that way (2D mode i guess...). Interestingly enough attempting to resize that gameplay window still crashes, my guess would be its the same crash as the *exit crash* but I could paste in those crash reports if you want...

Just a small bug I found. I got a message notifying me of a trade because the player was in my shortlist. But I got the message twice because I had two shortlisted players in the trade. But when I clicked the message it was never seen as "read" and the number notifying me of a message never went away. It seemed to treat both messages as the same thing. I was able to delete one of the messages and it fixed.

Strange one here - I have a laptop connected to a monitor, with the screens set to duplicate. I was using it like this fine for weeks with no problem - playing OOTP16 frequently.

I took my laptop on a weekend trip, where I played OOTP16, obviously using the native laptop screen this time (monitors are heavy!) On returning home and re-connecting my monitor, OOTP16 won't display onto the connected monitor, unless I switch from fullscreen to windowed. The instant I change to fullscreen mode, my monitor goes dark, and OOTP is only showing on the laptop screen, ignoring my settings in windows - so it now only works in windowed, despite previously working fine in fullscreen.....
Is there an .ini tweak or something I can do?

My Facegens often end up pixellated, so the players are not even recognizable. Nothing else in the game does this.

Any advice?

OOTP sometimes screws up home field determination for tiebreakers. Known legacy bug.

I am still playing v15 but I see this too when looking at the box scores from the Scores (by league) menu. I've noticed this happens nearly all of the time when my ML team has an off day and I check the scores. Most of the time the box scores are fine if my ML team played. Otherwise, they are either not linked or linked to a box file from last year or two, usually in the same league but not always my team. This bug will affect nearly all of my affiliate minor league teams at the same time, where I can see all of the box scores for a given day or none.

Created a game, changed a few things, advanced a couple of days, exited.
A few days later I went back in the game and tried to advance to the next day - "OOTP Baseball 16 has stopped working"
Any advice?

From OOTP15 to OOTP16: I didn't appreciate the change in the personnel format making me open up every coach's editor to find if he was any good at teaching fielding.

---------- However, all other changes to the personnel recruiting format were improvements IMO

Have you tried doing the same thing again? Might have just been a one-time crash.

Long thread and SEARCH doesn't narrow it down, so this should have been reported earlier, but the 502 plate appearance rule for the batting title isn't being applied. That is, the recognized champ hit .309 while injured guy hit .328 with 499 plate appearances. Adding three hit-less at-bats so he had 502 plate appearances and he's the champ.

However OOTP isnt' doing this.

Just to add, I got another crash with real-time simulation during doubleheaders. After the first game ended, I tried to enter the second game through the play menu but it crashed again; I guess this could be due to it not having started yet.

So, I'm up to September 1, 2018 and it's roster-expansion time. And I'm working my way down through the farm system, desperately trying to promote the right people so the Mets can get their first winning season for me

(despite my having traded for Cespedes in-game before the Mets did IRL…) and the game crashes.

No big deal, but when I restart, the game still thinks it's September 1 (yay, for "daily saves" setting) but it's forgotten about the expanded rosters. It still says "Roster Expansion" on the mini-calendar at the top of the screen, but the MLB rosters are still limited to 24. (The game randomly screwed me out of a roster spot; where was the Players' Association when I needed it?) I tried rebooting, I tried duplicating the file with a different name so I could advance to September 2, but that didn't help, either. Still "(24/24)" for the rosters. Help?

Um... has anybody noticed that the game doesn't award Batter / Pitcher / Rookie of the Month when the season ends on September 30?
