when you downsized the logo ... was it into png, not jpeg? ... I, also, uses FastStone photo resizer to reduce for a nice continuing look of the original ... be sure to use 150x150

Looks like you changed it to 150 H x something wider than 150... The logo looks distorted and they shouldn't look that way if they are sizes to equal dimensions. All of my logos are made without a background... So you must have done something to it to cause it to have a background... My guess is you sized it improperly and maybe saved it to an improper format such as jpeg... It has to be a png format... I test every cap, jersey and logo I make to be sure they look good in the game... I reload those many times in a test game I made just to check my work... I have no problem loading these 300x300 logos in the game... Maybe the game will not automatically load larger than 150x150, that I do not know...

Wait, do you have minor league jerseys from the 70's and 80's? Where'd you get them? I've found maybe 10 teams from that era, at most. Did you make them? Share with the class, sir!

Nice job on the Tidewater uniform, txranger. One more down on my checklist for 70's-80's minor league unis. Would you, or anybody else, like to give the Evansville Triplets a try?

That's the only photo I could find of the home jersey. Sorry it's kinda small.

And the cap:

Thanks!

Washington Capitols. I just realized Capitols should be Capitals. I think the jersey was misspelled.

Wow, 3 for the price of 1! Amazing work, too. Thanks!

I'm trying to figure out how to do this stuff myself, but I can't even figure out how to make backgrounds transparent in GIMP. You'd think they'd just have a "Make Background Transparent" feature, or the ability to bucket fill the background transparent, but noooooo....they have to make everything ten times harder than it needs to be. I hope I can figure it out one of these years.

Lubbock's nickname is the "Hub City", which derives from it being the economic, education, and health care hub of a multicounty region commonly called the South Plains.

Give it up for Knuckler who came up with the simplistic design on the logos and really made this thread what it is...
