Been a rough week at work. I also have my anniversary tonight. Looks like I will be able to put out a couple more pics this extended weekend.

HAIR - Flow it, show it, long as God can grow it!

chredwdew, I've had some success with doing hair. See the attached. They're player faces from a fictional post-Civil War league I'm running -- a very hairy era. These are using an older Deft player template.

Anywho, if anyone's interested in a more detailed walkthru on how it's done, let me know.

Those are sweet. I'd be interested in learning how to do facial hair and hair on a players head since I'm not very good with either.

Those look great! I would love it if you could make facial hair template file for my new template format.

Absolutely. It's the least I can do for use of the template.

Let me put together the walkthru and then I'll see what I can do. I'm not sure how it will turn out since all faces are different but I'll come up with something.

Shining, gleaming, steaming, flaxen, waxen

Here's what I came up with for a walkthru. You guys can check it out, see if it makes sense, and let me know how it goes. I tried to put it in one .doc file but it's too big for the site. I broke it into two sections:
Attached Files
File Type: doc Hair1.doc (86.0 KB, 792 views)
File Type: doc Hair2.doc (79.5 KB, 553 views)

Give me hair down to there, HAIR!

I thought I'd throw out a few more examples to give some ideas of things you can do:

Anyone used this? Did it make sense? How'd it turn out for you?

Hey Bobble,
I have only messed around with the walk through, but it is very clear. I will post some of my attempts in the next day or two. Thanks for putting this together.

I've been meaning to try it out but first I gotta learn how to use FaceGen. I downloaded it awhile back and haven't even messed with it yet. Once I learn how to use that and make faces that I like I'll start practicing with the facial hair tutorial.
