I sent off a email and will post what I find out here for anyone else who wants to know what I find out.

I assume as long as Its postmarked before you guys raise the price they should have to accept It....I mean I should have the same chance as someone who has a credit card to get the game this close to release for a discounted price as long Is I get In the mail before the game Is released.

"If it is postmarked before the release we will accept it.
Now remember that you have to add $5.00 to the price when sending checks or money orders."
