Webb is a diamond. Try clearing you card cache, it probably still has the old images from the beta loaded for some cards.

You likely need to reset your card cache. Webb improved to a Diamond.

On FastSpring purchases, it's here:

You can also get to it on the main screen of the game, the setting button at the bottom, in the Troubleshooting tab, there should be a button to open the saved games folder.

how do we do that? I got the same issue with a gold pack.

Also, I have a "perfect" Zack Wheeler card that has a 100 rating on the card, but a 97 rating when you look at the card...

Try deleting your .pt folders as Markus mentioned and that should fix this.

I'm looking at 6 packs/1000pp on the main login. I'm missing loyalty and pre-order bonuses. I used the correct username and email combo. Not gonna press forward unless you think it will fix itself once going in.

Use this method. I couldn't find my saved games folder and turns out it was in my Documents folder where there was then an OOTP folder.

Ah bummer, something seems to be bugged with one of my teams: When I opened my starter packs every card was blank, and now it thinks I still need to open packs before I can submit my team.

Hmmm......it's not finding either of the 2 email addresses I use, but have no problem logging into OOTP 22 with the username (revo)
