Any chance that Alex Mack, Jordan Rathbone, Freddy Achecar, and Max Steffens will be added to their independent league teams? I know Sreffens and Achecar were in last years game database. Was hoping I wouldn't have to create them. Thanks!

The Indy rosters are updated as of each leagues opening day. They' re all in the database and should be there if you search. Mack, Rathbone and Achecar all were in college to start the year and should be available for the 2021 draft and Steffens did not sign with Kane County until after opening day, so he should be in there if you do a search.

I'm playing on the latest patch and none of those players appear in the search database even when I started a new save.

If I recall correctly, Matt or Markus said that guys with lower ratings get removed from the database to save space when starting a new game or something along those lines. All those players are indeed in the database and three of them were marked as available in the 2021 draft, but all with lower ratings. I did go in and up them a little to reflect their performances in the Indy Leagues this season and made them all free agents (removed the draft status). Maybe Lukas can shed more light on it if this did not make sense

Zack Wheeler: Now wheele001zac should be wheele000zac

B-Ref changing their minor league id's for guys with last names starting with W, X, Y and Z really screwed things up These should all be fixed now in the main db to where they match up, facegens, id's and B-Ref id's.

The one place where we'll still be using the old id's is PT. I can add that to my list of stuff to fix up. It probably won't be until the last Live card update though, in October.

Mack is in the db, but never actually properly rated and so was set as retired and not to show up in game.

For the others, I'll rate them a little better now and that should get them to show up next patch.

This may be a silly question but can you add players to the game just by including the b-ref number? I wasn't aware it was possible

This may not be the right spot for this, but was wondering why Jonathan Schoop doesn't have a 1B rating when doing a live start today (10/4) even though he played 114 games there this season. He has played 2B most of his career so is it only offense that gets updated?

I'm not sure if this is considered a roster set issue because it just deals with a contract, but I noticed Evan Longoria's contract is not accurate. The game shows that his 2022 salary is team option. His actual contact is guaranteed for 2022 and he has a 2023 team option.

Mauricio Dubon (on the Giants) was born in San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras. He moved to Sacramento in his teens, and qualified for the draft that way, rather than being an IFA.

We don't get defensive stats for the Live start, so yeah it's only offense that gets updated.

Yes, they didn't play in the last couple years due to the COVID situation but are still in the league and planning to play in future years.

Hard to know exactly how to deal with that, so we kept them in the league, but they'll just need to sign enough free agents to fill out their roster.
