I decided midway through the 2018 season I wanted to try and run a team in the 9th US division to take them to the top. So I resigned from Atlanta and became the new owner (I always select cannot be fired so I think of myself that way) of the Cleveland Channel Cats. Immediately made the decision to relocate the team to Louisville, Ky sharing Slugger Field.

I have it in my google drive. Is there a better place to put it so I can share with others?

Also, since the quickstart was created I have changed a ton of settings as I have learned. Plus I am also going to be tinkering with the financials a bunch in the coming offseason as I didn't realize until I just took over this former rookie ball team that the former minor league teams have a player payroll of $0.00. LOL

Breaking news!!

As of September 26th, 2018 the Federation of International Baseball Leagues has approved a plan put forth by the Dominican League, Mexican League and Cuban League to form a unified Latin American ladder.

The top division will be composed of the top 7 teams in the 2018 standings from each league with 9 other teams added in cities from Puerto Rico, Curacao, the Bahamas and more. The ladder will have three divisions and leaders from the three leagues hope it will one day challenge Major League Baseball as the premier league across the globe.

The 2018 International Baseball Champions Cup is here! It was an exciting season and here are the first round matchups:

Seeding is determined by winning percentage by each champion. I wish I could manually do that as the MLB champ is once again in the first round and not with a bye.

I think you can paste the original link in this thread. We can see if that works and if you COULD mention what settings you changed that would help. If its too many dont worry about it, as we can all tinker with it on our own.

I cannot figure out why the Cuban League and Italian leagues are not scheduling according to the settings I have set up. I have yet to figure that out The Cuban League I wanted to change to a summer league so it could participate in the IBC Cup. Here is a what I shared with someone else that I sent the file to:

"Turning off buying contracts is in the Game Settings dropdown. Click on the financials tab and go through each league to make sure that button is unchecked.

I can't remember which leagues need to have their schedule changed.If you do not want the IBC Cup to be delayed then also disable playoffs for the leagues that still have them checked. That's something I just did today as the season drug into November by the time the Cup finished. Also, the Dominican and Mexican leagues are still divided by division. If you want them single division like all other leagues you will need to move the teams individually. I just did this in my world."

Another thing I learned is that I need to adjust the financials in the former US minor leagues. It still was paying players $0.00 which obviously needs to be fixed. Planning on a major minor leagues financial change once this season is done.

The shocker of all shockers has happened! The New York Yankees have been swept in the first round by Veracruz of the Mexican League.

Musashi of the 2nd division in Japan sweeps the US/Canada 9th division squad the Louisville Colonels.

Caen from the 1st division in France knocks off Tulsa 2 games to 1.

Crystal Palace of the England Premier Baseball League sweeps Jupiter 2-0.

Tokyo Yakult sweeps Peoria 2-0.

West Ham United stays unbeaten through two rounds as they take out Amiens 3-0.

Crystal Palace stays unbeaten as well and ensures an all England semifinal matchup as they sweep Caen 3-0.

Tokyo Yakult took 4 games to take out Ft. Wayne 3 games to 1.

Tacoma sweeps Visalia 3-0 to advance to the semis.
