I see your "Lefty" is having a much better season than mine.Carlton has struggled mightily so far, with his record falling to 2-5 with a 6.00 ERA and a 1.44 WHIP.He also has a 38/25 K/BB ratio.Besides him Luzinski and Dick Allen are also having it tough in the early going."The Bull" is batting .218 with 0 HR and 9 RBI while Dick is at .167 with 2 homers and 7 RBI.

Here's a story on Dick Allen.

During a game while he was playing for the Chicago White Sox, he hit the ball off the "green monster" so hard on a line drive that it bounced back to Rico Petrocelli at shortstop. Allen was into his home run trot and was almost thrown out at first.

Not sure what it is about the Orioles, but this game does not like them,AT ALL! As in your league, the O's reside in the basement of the AL East in my league as well, way off the pace.I wonder why...

Probably because the AI is not managing the game like Earl Weaver. The Earl of Baltimore was all a master at getting the most out of some of his players by playing to the individual's strengths. I've read and heard that if it wasn't for Earl Weaver, Jim Palmer would not have been as good as he was.

BTW, thanks for the posts & feedback. The posts and feedback from readers are always appreciated by me.
