Yeah, he's not answering them. That doesn't mean he isn't checking them and taking corrective action.

Two pages back Marc posted that he was NOT answering PM's anymore as he is swamped.

And he's not answering EMails, either, which I guess means we can all just suck rocks. Great.

I ordered this game months ago. They know my EMail address. I've now waited five hours for a stupid EMail, and my time window to actually play this game today is just about gone. No explanations, no nothing. Sorry, but I'm pissed.

Do you have Charter for your email provider? They are flagging the emails as SPAM.

I don't really have an alternate EMail address, and frankly I don't feel I should have to provide one. I already have an EMail address and there's nothing wrong with it. Get it?

Have a little patience please, Duffy has a lot to do at the moment.

You kind of need to chill. If you click on Marc's name then click on send personal message. Then send him your Order ID and your email address.

I did that, he didn't respond, but I got an email 5 minutes later.

You are not the only one with this problem.

Well, there is obviously something wrong with your email addy, otherwise you would have got the email. Check your spam folder please Another way to try is email marc.duffy@sigames.com along with your order ID and he will then reply with the download link.

Just to be clear, I meant I was not replying back but I was still acting on the PMs and emails

I understand how you feel, but man, I hope people who utilize whatever you do in life show you a bit more patience than you show today.
