Markus, Excuse my late 2 cents. But one last finishing touch you might consider is:

Bullpen fatigue. Normally, I just throw 2 guys into the pen around the 5th inng and leave them there till the 7th inng or later. How about bullpen fatigue? A # of pitches (maybe 1/2 of a game pitch) should be deducted for each ball the in-game starting pitcher throws. This would certainly be interesting in cases where the pitching staff is already tired out and on their last gallon of gas.

Rookie Ball Teams you just adding more Minor League teams/leagues no new leagues like the Japannese League that can wait
Sim 365 days-meaning Offseason starts 15 days after the World Series ends and goes intill Opening Day What I mean here is after the World Series ends we can still sim in the Calender like in NHL Eastside Hockey 2005 because you can sim 365 days a year without skipping a date
Spring Training Stadiums and Games with just 40 man roster because the others might have to wait intill version 7 comes out Are you doing is replacing the Spring Training Mode allready in the game with Spring Training games to see any of the Players and Pitchers who are in the minors that are on the 40 man rosters can beat out somebody allreaey on the Major League roster or a Prospect/ or a non roster player or pitcher mean Invite can beat out somebody to make the 40 man roster without the others bells and whistle I mean Minor League Camp/Spring Training Stadiums/Split Squad and against your Minor Team Games beacuse they maybe hard to code in this version and Ican wait for version 7
If you have this screen Prospects Screen to who your Prospects that haven't signed yet mosty noble from the 2005 Draft then Short Season Leagues would work

It happens in NHL Eastside Hockey Manager 2005 like lets say the Cradinals are willing to trade Ernie Hernandez to the Rangers for Bobby Rodgers because both of these players or pitchers are not on these teams 40 man rosters

Not as easy as you think. Someone's got to write all the lines for the articles and then code them up, this takes time (particularly for someone who is not a native English-speaker).

A varient of what you are looking for is the trading block report, there you can find the players that teams are looking to get rid of. Similarly in the league news logs you'll see lines like Player X was put on the trading block. The most common time to see this is around the trading deadline.

You can already do this. Just set your team to computer controlled, then during the draft, you can still manually make picks for your team, just computer select for all other teams and manually click and select the player you want.

Definitely not as easy as you'd think to code, a whole new set of rules to be put in, tested and verified correct, also would force a change to the database structure.

You can schedule interleague play at anytime you like, manually through the schedule editor.

OOTP 6.5 doesn't have managers that are anything more then a name on the Team Setup screen. To add this woudl require the addition of logic and tracking of an entirely new type of character in the game.

There are no new leagues in active in 6.5, foreign Free Agents, just appear. OOTP7 will have more leagues in it.

Definitely not a simple thing to add, would have to add the calendar mode, the appropriate rules for the given time periods, and AI to deal with the new timeframe.

Unsigned free agents are all in the free agent screen, no matter how much experience they have (this includes players from the draft pool that go undrafted).

You already can do this in OOTP, although I don't believe the AI really ever does it (I know I do it in my online leagues if I have a glut of hitting prospects and need a pitching guy)
