Cubby, after trying your suggested method of deleting teams, it still comes with the same result of the team not existing, yet still existing...still difficult to explain.

I've told my league that I'm not going to start for awhile, so take your time, and when you have time, I would appreciate AA being done.

Sorry if this had been answered, but how are the modifiers coming along? I remember reading that a career simulation was kind of useless since the fictional players would be too good? I don't need full minors since I don't know much beyond the top prospects, but I don't want to start a simulation and have it be out of whack in 10 years. Thanks for all the hard work, btw.

Thanks, yea I searched around the forums for a long time and I finally stumbled upon ootpmodsquad. Thanks a lot for your help though! Unfortunately the pic pack is hosted by rapidshare or something and I accidentally closed the download(I hardly ever save, just open, etc..)

Anyways, I lost it and my comp. couldn't find it obviously, so I had to wait an hour to download it again(which I am doing right now)...sucks that the website(rapidshare) is a pay website for most part and can only download like 1 file per hour...oh well finally got it though lol.

Im not sure if this goes here or in the general OOTP forum, but I had not seen it before I tried your roster. It seems as though the Indians are trying to kill their pitchers. I'm not sure what is causing this. Betancourt won the Cy Young by the way, but I guess 37 wins will do that. Poor Cliff Lee though, 30 losses......

Well your pitchers are going to pitch that much when you only have 5 on the MLB roster.

Was not my team. Didn't notice it till the Cy Young was annouced. Was wondering why the computer was having a hard time managing its own rosters.

LOL @ 469 IP. That's impressive.

Anyways, the computer is set by default not to manage any of the teams, due to the previously mentioned problem with minor league ratings. This is to prevent the computer replacing a bunch of MLB'ers with minor leaguers because of the inflated ratings.

I have a feeling that having to start every other game might put a bit of a strain on poor old Cliffy, preventing him from complete games. The most amazing stats for me was how relatively low Betancourts ERA was and how pitiful Lee's K numbers were.

With the latest patch, when I add a new GM, the game was crashed.
(Beta v0.5 )

Does anybody have ths same problem??

If this happens to you...do the following:

You have to set Bud Selig to Act As: NONE
Select Bud Selig and remove his commissioner role
Create a new Human Manager that starts unemployed
Select that human manager

That's by design. The GCL and AZL teams are named as such. Main reason in the GCL is so they don't get confused with the high-A teams they typically share their stadia with. These are also the spring training complexes, FYI.

I don't really know why the AZL does it. Perhaps because of having multiple teams in Phoenix?

First off thanks for all of your hard work on once again a great roster set. What I would like to do is start a season with all MLB and AAA only, and have all the players that will be on the AA, A and Rookie clubs released to Free Agency and the leagues deleted so those players will be available to the AAA and MLB teams, but the lower minors will not be used. Can any of this be done? I am testing now but will be waiting for the final release before I start a full season. Thanks

I'm seeing that a handful of young players (Royals) are completly out of minor league options. These are players that have less than 3 years of MLB experience so it should be impossible. They are not minor leaguers who have not been update either because this is default from the latest download. I could be wrong but I cannot send down guys w/o clearing waivers who are obviously not ready for MLB action (Denny Bautista for instance). Paul Bako was another one I think.
