When I first got the current version of the game, I started a new world league with all the foreign and independent leagues in the game. I didn't tinker with balance or league performance levels at all. I don't know much about the Pecos League, so it may not be a bug, but should any team have a 32-year composite ERA of 14.15? One of my shortlisted players I lost track of signed with a Pecos League team and I'm getting updates that he put up 16 hits in a single game. I attached an image from a box score. The last pitcher for for Garden City gave up 173 runs, 167 earned, in 2.2 innings. Now, I doubt there's much of anyone who bought this game to play a Pecos League team (though I may be surprised), but the level of offense in this league can't possibly be right, can it?

I didn't touch minor league settings, so they're default for MLB. I'm loading the game to check the expansion teams' minor league systems and now it won't load at all. It freezes at 10% - initializing database. I guess I'll just leave league evolution off for future leagues, then.

In an online league Rule V draft crashes when commish tries to sim to that point. We skipped Rule V draft last year but would prefer not to do so again this year.

I started a new game, and it's freezing during simulation again, despite this time there are no expansion teams - league evolution is turned off, and it's only the first year anyhow. The only thing I can think of that is different than before is that I switched to Windows 10 recently. Anyone have any solutions?

Did you unlicense before you upgraded to Windows 10?

No, but I bought it through Steam, which I think it was said I didn't have to unlicense if I had the game from Steam?

Try updating your Steam client. Honestly, I'm stumped.

I had started a new game a few weeks back and it ran fine until the second week of the season. When I try to load, it simply freezes at 37% loaded and goes no further. Finally gave up after trying to load it multiple times and created another game. Now, this game is doing the exact same thing, and I have let it try to load for a full day. The only quirk to my setup is I am is I am using the 1998 schedule, but everything else is simply ootp standard.

I tried to upload here and also sending a ticket, but keep getting an internal server error, so saved it as "dabears test.zip" at ftp://ootpsupport.com/incoming/ootp/saved_games/

After installing the latest patch, I can't start the game.

I get the following error:

APP_FRAMEWORK::startup - unable to open the path_cust_data folder U:\OOTP16\data

This folder is on my NAS and is accessible from Windows Explorer and by using the Steam version of the game on the same PC.

More of a glitch, not a bug, wasn't sure where to post. A guy hit for the cycle and the text gave him credit for doing it against his own team (Chicago White Sox). In reality, he did it against Oakland.

When importing a draft class using a text file through the "import historical player(s)" option, it ignores player creation modifiers. I have a deadball league and if I do a mass import, it gives them all modern ratings, e.g. high stuff and HR ratings. I have to go manually import 200+ players which is incredibly tedious.

Something's a bit off in this news piece about a pitcher who fanned 15 batters in his most recent start. His season numbers are correct, but the numbers in the first paragraph are complete nonsense.

What operating system are you using, and what is your screen resolution? Either might be the reason.

EDIT: Went to create a new game to see if I have a similar problem here. Got the white screen of death problem I mentioned earlier. Was hoping the new patch could fix it. Guess I can't run this game.

The freezing at loading nation flags issue still does happen in Windows 10. I don't know what might be causing this issue.
