I really want the ability to focus on a national program and develop a nation. Would be great to be able to take a country like Ireland from developmental cup, create an arena/league, and get access to the WC Division IV pipeline. Would also love to be able to invest in and develop hockey nations so that they can churn out higher quality players.

So, if you're not familiar with GitHub,

Start here: https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=284491

Click on the link to go to Sweater Factory Github. Then along the right side you'll see "RELEASES" . Click on it. (as of this posting it's 0.3.1) - Download the exe if you're on Windows, dmg if you're on Mac.

Install.

After that? It should be pretty straightforward.
