Think I'm going to only post the jersey files here to show what is complete from now on. too much time to upload all files.

I'll post an updated zip to my mediafire from time to time for those following along and who want to try them out

I tried adding a cadet collar, but I don't think the result was what I expected. I'll do it again and update the image. I'm trying to replicate what I see here:

Here's what it looks like when I add the cadet collar. It's ok, I guess, except for the thin white line between the button pad and the cadet collar, as well as the grey showing at the opening of the cadet collar. I'm not quite sure how to get rid of that. Maybe I'd have to manually edit the .png to get it out?

Of the three vintage collars (high, cadet, and sun), the current model used by the game creates the worst look with the cadet collar. It doesn't allow for it to properly stand; it lays it down. The custom design for it is good, but just like trying to create short pants with stirrups, the model just isn't designed to make it look good.

I am trying to save these files to add to my collection, but they seem to be .jpg instead of .png and also the image size is off a few pixels. not sure what that is about

You're right. I don't know what I did to get them uploaded as jpgs. I'll fix them, because they are png on my system.

I'm not sure what's happening here. When I choose them for upload they are .png, but when I click Upload they are changing to .jpg. The pants file is still showing as .png, but not the jersey files. Any ideas why this might be happening? Maybe I'll just have to redo them from scratch. They've been pushed through a number of versions of the uniform make, so they may be messed up. The one thing I'd still like to do is get rid of the collar section that comes with the button pad. In this uniform there should be no color around that area, just the vertical color on the buttons and the cadet collar. Not sure if that's possible without manual editing of the .png.

Even completely deleting the files and starting over has no effect. As soon as I hit the upload button it renames those files as .jpg when they are actually .png.

thats weird. not sure what is going on there

as far as changing the buttonpad. it would be easy enough, if you are using photoshop or something to just erase the section around the neck, but if you are using just the uniform maker, I don't think you can do that

I do my image editing in Paint.net, so it may be a bit more labor intensive; I don't know.

I'm really at a loss at to why the forum is changing my file name, if not the file-type itself. I open them in my editor and they are png files. I'll upload my latest version, any way. Maybe someone can figure out what's going on.

Haven’t put anything together yet. Honestly, there are almost 1400 Jersey files to do not counting pants files. Most of my time is spent chipping away at the list and I’m not focusing on putting together a downloadable zip yet
