Daily Lineup Screen
When using the light skin the background of the current day is dark and makes the text very hard to see.

Just got this in play-by-play -- runners on 1st and 2nd, one out:
"Set to hit is [batter]... The count is 1 and O -- one out. [Pitcher] from the stretch... the pitch... swung on... sky high pop up... on the infield... The infield fly rule is invoked... and he has it for the second out." Ummm...WHO has it? [and don't say the first baseman...] |

Another PBP glitch:
"[batter] at the plate... he's been on base all three trips... Count of 2 balls and 2 strikes on [batter]. [pitcher] is set... he brings it home... strike called on the outer half! [batter] is rung up!" The problem is, the batter at that point was 1-for-2 with two BBs [in order, walk-walk-strikeout-single], so the first part was in error. |

Eric Young Sr.'s former player profile shows only Eric Young Jr.'s 2010 stats, and Eric Young Jr.s former player profile shows only his 2011-2018 MLB stats (he started with Colorado in 2009).

Boxscore spacing
This has been an issue back to OOTP 22. When a pitcher has an ERA above 9.99, there will be some extra spacing in the boxscore after their pitching line. Comes into play a lot early in the season and in postseason play.

Jersey logos for Negro League
I am trying to add jersey logos to the players for this league. No matter what logo I choose, script or standard, it shows up on the shoulder and not the chest.

The phantom fielder strikes again:
"Here's [batter]... [pitcher] into the windup... and here's the 2-O pitch... [batter] swings... line drive... up the middle... and he makes the grab! Nice catch!" |

OOTP Online Manual - Correct "Traubers" to "Trainers"
http://manuals.ootpdevelopments.com/...sonnel_ratings Trainers Traubers are rated on their ability to heal and prevent injuries to specific areas of the body. A higher heal rating means players with those injuries will heal more quickly, possibly more quickly than the original estimate. A higher prevent rating means players are less likely to get those injuries in the first place. See Injuries and Fatigue for more information about injuries in OOTP. OOTP Online Manual - Remove characters: "–"
http://manuals.ootpdevelopments.com/...naging_ratings Manager Personality can be one of Personable, Easygoing, Normal, Temperamental, or Controlling. Each personality will affect his relationship to the players on the team. A personable manager will tend to be friendlier with the players, but may not have as much control in the room if the team is going through a tough stretch. A controlling manager is more of the opposite – while some players will respect his style, many will not enjoy playing for him. However the controls should help the clubhouse from devolving into chaos. A temperamental manager will tend to either love players or hate them, however there is often a reason that manager has made it that far despite his personality. An easygoing manager will go with the flow – the players like him in good times, but might not in tough times. Roster Strategy for managers will guide how they build their lineups – a manager that heavily favors prospects will be more willing to give the young player a chance, for example. Staff Roles
The online manual says: "All of the coaches except the team doctor and team scout now have personality values." I assume they mean trainer and scouting director. Anyway, You can see on the image provided that both of these roles do have personality and other related values, even though those cannot be found in those particular individual coach profiles. Would be helpful to update the manual to indicate if those values influence cohesion or not.

OOTP Online Manual - Remove reference in the manual to Development Influence pane which does not exist on the relationships tab of the personnel profile
http://manuals.ootpdevelopments.com/...naging_ratings "The Relationships tab for managers has 2 panes, relationships and development. Relationships describe both the general overall impression the team has of the manager, as well as detailing which players will have good or bad relationships with the manager. Development Influence indicates which players whose development the manager will be particularly effective (high) or ineffective (low) at influencing." |

Same here. Bicolor cap visor reverts to grey after each logout. The color values remain correct, but they are not being displayed. |

In the PBP, a couple of times when there have been walk off wins in the bottom of the inning, the text states that the visiting team has won. (near the end of the final PBP)

If/when they fix this, maybe that can make batting helmets choosable. I am playing the Negro League starting in 1927 when there were no such helmets. |

Development Graphs Not Synced
I mentioned this as a thread but it didn't get engagement, so I wanted to reiterate it, as it's really frustrating.
The development graphs are at least a year or two behind the player's actual development on their scouting page. This goes for both OSA and my scout. I have attached a screenshot showing the problem. The graph shows the most recent entry as when the player was only 20 OVR. However, it's two years later and he's now 61 OVR. Same goes with his 46 POT now being 80. This can be really misleading in trades when I'm looking to see a development trajectory but constantly have to remind myself that it's two years behind where the player actually is. Would you please look into this? It significantly detracts from my ability to enjoy the game. Last edited by aks62; 12-28-2022 at 12:47 PM. |
