Alright - the list is updated again. At this point I also removed anyone who hadn't provided their username. Everyone please remember to remove Orcin from your friends list to prevent cross-pollination with his other league, and friend anyone +/- one league level from yourself.

Instead of themed leagues I'd like to start a ranked card league. Ie, just 80's ranked, 70's, 60's ranked, etc. That way everyone would have the same or near as close the same level of competition. Using TEAM themes things can get whacked quickly. Anyone interested?

I didn't get placed with anybody. Of the three that were listed in bronze at the time, two went to silver and the other stayed in bronze but a different league to me.

I have what I think is a unique themed team (all free), probably stuck permanently in Silver. Everyone on my team has a last name that begins with "M", a reincarnation of a fun team I put together with Stratomatic cards decades ago.

I have no idea how to use the Friends function (I don't even see it in game) or how to get assigned to a particular league, but I might stand a better chance going against other themed teams with their own restrictions, particularly as someone who doesn't spend money on the game.

this system does rely on the listed people actually updating their friends list and applying the correct setting. It doesn't happen automatically and I can't guarantee everyone is doing what they are supposed to. But I would recommend to keep trying and hopefully it will be better next week.

I also just updated the OP with better instructions on how to set up your friends list and whatnot.

Once I got the settings right, it has worked perfectly. The problem is the glitch that resets the setting if you don't log out and back in. Always double-check to make sure it took.
