He finished the regular season for Trenton with only 2 appearances and these stats:

2 games, 1-1, 9.00 ERA, 2.0 IP, 1 BB, 4 K

Now, the ERA is meaningless in 2 innings. He also pitched to one batter in the playoff game last night, who he struck out.

I was going to post that actually.

I think switch pitching will eventually become more common, especially if one gets to the majors (and I'd put money on Venditte getting at least a cup of coffee).

Venditte pitched an inning in the second game of a double header yesterday and gave up four hits and a HR (which is pretty rare, but the wind was 20mph out to RF per the box score)

Season stats: 4 games, 3.0IP, 9.00 ERA, 0-1, 6H, 1BB, 2K

ERA is high, but pretty meaningless after 3 Innings.

Could be either of those, both or neither. He started fairly slowly last year. To be honest, I think even if the Yankees release him (and I can't see that just yet) someone will pick him up.
