If the Sox take a lead, I wouldn't be too surprised to see Thornton or MacDougal come out in the bottom of the 9th. Jenks has had problems with his velocity on back-to-back days - considering he was having a hard time topping 90 with his fastball yesterday...

Yeah, I would give Bobby the day off. I would rather see MacDougal than Thornton. No real reason, just my gut as Ozzie says

from what I can tell is that the bases are loaded and Erstad just came up. Whish I had a TV

Looks like the last time was in 2000 and it happened twice that year.

Decent series in Oakland. The starting pitching is coming around but I would like to see the hitting start to warm up a bit.

I didn't pay too much attention to the numbers but the times I did look they seemed to be low to mid 90's.
