John Miller former Oriole pitcher passed away
Former pitcher John Miller, who was an O from 1962-67, died Friday from complications of congestive heart failure at 79. Local Balmer boy — Edmondson High grad — had a 3.89 career ERA in 46 games. Made 16 starts for the ‘66 champs. Was a retired BaltCo firefighter

Dave Parker - Padre-Pirates
ebay seller dr.jteeee has listed a 35mm slide of Dave Parker, apparently at bat in the 1977 All-Star game as a representative of the Pirates, wearing a gold-trimmed, all-black Pittsburgh uniform and a San Diego helmet.

Ray Jarvis former Red Sox pitcher passed away 73.
Death went unreported. He passed away on April 24, 2020 according to his son Chris. Also wikipedia shows he passed.

Jorge Rubio former Angels pitcher passed away

MEXICO CITY, Mexico.- The first Mexicans to reach the Major Leagues, Jorge “Payo” Rubió died at the age of 75, a victim of cardiac arrest. Born in the city of Mexicali in Baja California, he died at his residence in the state capital. Ana Rubio, the daughter of the former Mexican pitcher, was the one who confirmed the death of her father. Rubio left a major league record for a Mexican pitcher by prescribing 15 strikeouts in a game where the Angelitos beat the Cleveland Indians by shutout. The Baja California pitcher threw a five-hitter on October 2, 1966. His brand would equal it many years later, Fernando Valenzuela, on May 23, 1984 against the Phillies. Rubio ended that year with a record of 2-1 and 2.96 (27K in 27.1 IP), while in 1967 he registered 0-2 and 3.60 before returning to Mexican baseball. In the Mexican Baseball League he pitched for Charros de Jalisco, Broncos de Reynosa and Tigres del México, while in the LMP he was only with Ostioneros de Guaymas between 1964 and 1971. Rubio was a fundamental part of the Broncos (1969) and Ostioneros (1965 and 1967) titles, but an arm injury ended his career |
